Vendor Applications Now Open
Car Free Day is a public event that focuses on sustainability, active transportation, and public spaces by showcasing art, music, culture, non-profits, community organizations, and businesses local to each community.
We are first-and-foremost a community, not a commercial festival. Our key priority is creating a safe car-free environment. We ask you to be community-focused as well, and help keep the event safe, green, fun, and neighbourly.
Vendor applications are open on the following dates:
General Vendor applications open on March 31.
This includes Commercial, MPBIA, Artisan, and Non-Profit, Government and Political Party vendors.
F&B Vendors applications open on April 7.
All vendor applications CLOSE on August 1, 2025.
Due to the popularity of these festivals, stall allocations may be exhausted prior to the closing date; you're encouraged to submit your applications as soon as possible. Early-bird prices apply if applications and payments are made by April 30, 2025.
